Peter Davies, President and Director of Accountability and Leadership
A former British School Inspector, Peter has worked in school and district accountability for more than ten years in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. He currently consults to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in Massachusetts, The National Institute for School Leadership, and Standard and Poor's: School Matters. He also facilitates leadership development programs for school districts. He was formerly an administrator with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris. He was also a visiting professor to the Oxford University Department of Educational Studies. He has worked in school and social services departments and as a principal. James Hearns, Vice President of Professional Services
Jim has over twenty-five years of experience in state government policy and budget analysis, performance auditing, program evaluation, and University teaching. Since 2004, Jim has served as a School District Examiner and Field Coordinator for the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability. For almost a decade, Jim held the position of Senior Policy Analyst for the Senate Post Audit and Oversight Committee of the Massachusetts State Senate. In that capacity, he completed a number of performance audits and policy reviews, including a comprehensive review of the Massachusetts adult correctional education programs. He has also performed extensive policy reviews of the Massachusetts health care system on subjects such as hospital mergers, state employee health care costs, and the distribution of primary care physicians. Mr. Hearns is a former member of Executive Committee of the National Legislative Program Evaluation Society. From 1982 to 1996 he served as an Adjunct Lecturer in Health Management at University College at Northeastern University. Lisa DeCaro Demoulias, Vice President of Operations and Director of Teacher Licensure
Lisa provides management to all facets of the company as she directs the development of business operating strategies. She is part of the Class Measures' school review team as well as a Program Director of Teacher Licensure. Beginning her career as a teacher, Lisa received a Bachelors of Early Child Education from Fitchburg State College. She also holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and is expert in educational policy development and implementation.
