Program Cost

Application Fee: $75.00 due with submission of the PRPIL application

Program Fee: $2,500.00

All program costs are non-refundable.

 

Payment Options

The following program fee payment options are available to all teachers.

Payment Option 1: Full amount is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Invoices are issued after acceptance. 

Payment Option 2: Four payments of $625.00 plus a one-time payment plan processing fee of $25.00.  First payment is for $650.00 ($25.00 one-time payment plan processing fee plus $625.00 first payment). Your remaining three (3) payments of $625.00 each will be scheduled 30 days apart. 

A $25.00 late fee will be added for every 30 days past due.

Payments can be made via the following:

Personal Check: Checks should be made payable to "Class Measures" and mailed to 100 Tower Park Drive, Suite A, Woburn, MA 01801.  There is a $50.00 fee for returned checks.

Money Order: Money orders should be made payable to "Class Measures" and mailed to 100 Tower Park Drive, Suite A, Woburn, MA 01801.

Credit/Debit Card: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Teachers may complete the credit card section of their invoice or call our office at 781-939-5699 to make a credit card payment. If using a debit card, please be aware of your daily limit. 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 2% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.

We are not able to accept cash payments.
