Instructionally dynamic solutions (IDS)

Once strengths and areas for improvement have been identified, Class Measures recommends that Instructionally Dynamic Solutions (IDS) be used to build upon strengths and to eliminate weaknesses.  While IDS is a very effective tool that can be used as a standalone strategy, it is most effective when used as the third step in a comprehensive process that includes an Instructional Quality School Review (IQSR) and the development of an Instructional Action Plan (IAP).

Whatever the focus of the school improvement solution being implemented, their success will be measured by the impact these dynamic changes have on the quality of instruction and the extent they are effective in raising student achievement and growth.

No two schools are exactly alike and the solutions that will work best will be a unique blend of strategic changes that harness the potential of leaders, managers, and instructional staff and optimize that potential in every classroom.
